Production & Delivery
Your design is produced after you order
BONBOZZ is a print-on-demand shop. We work with Printful to produce and ship our products. After you order, the item is made or customised with your chosen design. Base products and materials may already have been manufactured and stored.
How your order is made
- Choose: Select your item, colour and size. Check the product's size guide and your delivery address carefully.
- Produce: Printful makes or customises the ordered item. The method depends on the product.
- Ship: After production, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Production time is separate from shipping time
Total delivery time includes production time and transit time. It depends on factors such as the item, availability and destination. Refer to the delivery information for your specific order; a general production estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. The shipping charges calculated for your order are shown at checkout before you place it.
Printful produces your item. BONBOZZ is your contact.
The production facilities are part of our partner's network, not BONBOZZ facilities. We therefore do not promise a single manufacturing location for all items. Product-specific origin and material details are provided in the respective description.
Have a question about your order, or has an item arrived damaged? Email shop@bonbozz.eu. Your order number and, for quality issues, a photo help us review your request.
Information about withdrawal and returns is available in our withdrawal policy. Production to order does not automatically exclude your statutory rights.
